1. Verify/update patient details

2. Verify/update insurance information or select self-pay (no insurance)

3. Verify/update doctor(s) details. A copy of the results will be sent to the doctor(s).

4. Select Annual Exam/Wellness Screening Test or select any available tests (diabetes, thyroid, hypertension, STD, etc.)

5. Print the lab order form and schedule an appointment with at a nearest diagnostic lab or hospital lab to get tested.

6. A copy of the test results will be sent to your doctor(s). Access test results from your lab in 3 to 5 business days and schedule an appointment with your doctor.

7. Please share your lab order with your selected physician for signature prior to visiting your preferred lab.
